When will my test kit/test result arrive?
Delivery and analysis times are typically as follows:
1. Ordering and shipping the test kit: After ordering, you will receive the test kit within 3-5 working days.
2. Taking and returning the test: Once you have completed the test, please send it back to our partner laboratory as soon as possible. Please note that shipping usually takes 1-3 business days.
3. Evaluation of test results: After the sample arrives at the partner laboratory, the evaluation usually takes 3-5 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as the results are available.

I haven't received a registration email. What should I do?
You should have received an email with the subject line "Register your lab test here after receiving it" from labor@adon-health.de . Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.
If you cannot find the email, you can automatically generate your registration link here by entering your email address and the five-digit order number "#1234" that you received by email after placing your order.

You can find the values shown on your results sheet on the following page of your report. Only a doctor can provide a medical interpretation of the results – that is, what the measured values specifically mean for you . You can book a consultation with one of our independent partner doctors to interpret your results here.

Testosterone replacement therapy can generally be carried out even with normal blood test results if corresponding symptoms are present. Whether and to what extent therapy can be started should be discussed with a doctor. You can book a consultation with one of our independent partner doctors here.

If you are new to Adon Health and already have a lab test, you can book an appointment directly with one of our independent partner doctors here.
Important: Your test should be no more than 3 months old and include LH, SHBG, testosterone, and PSA levels. Otherwise, you can order a test here.

Alternatively, your family doctor or a specialist in private practice (especially a urologist, andrologist, or endocrinologist) can also be a good point of contact.

If you are already undergoing treatment, we will always send you an email with a booking link to your treating physician's appointment calendar whenever a doctor's appointment is scheduled.

A repeat prescription can only be issued by a doctor. If you are being treated by one of our partner doctors, you will always receive an email from us with a booking link for your doctor's appointment whenever it is scheduled.
