Adon Health empfängt Q-Summit Delegation in München

Adon Health welcomes Q-Summit delegation in Munich

Q-Summit at Adon Health

On October 29th, Adon Health welcomed a team from the Q-Summit in Munich, one of Germany's largest student-organized startup and innovation conferences. The initiative is supported by students from the University of Mannheim and is one of the most important platforms for entrepreneurial thinking and technological advancement in German-speaking countries.

What is Q-Summit?

The Q-Summit is one of the largest student-organized conferences for startups and innovation in Germany. Since 2017, this initiative of the University of Mannheim has brought together students, founders, startups, researchers, and established companies annually to stimulate entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and technological progress. The event includes keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, networking opportunities, and a major pitch battle.

Organizationally, the Q-Summit differs from many traditional university initiatives: responsibility is transferred to new members early on, teamwork in small, specialized groups is central, and students from all semesters can contribute their own ideas or initiate their own projects. Around 70 students work together in a total of ten teams, covering areas ranging from speaker and partner acquisition to marketing, legal affairs, finance, and food & drinks. The Q-Summit's unique character arises from this intensive collaboration, the high degree of individual responsibility, and the shared goal of creating an annual conference that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship.

Exchange on digital healthcare

As part of their Munich tour, nearly 30 students visited our office in the heart of the city to gain insights into the vision, structure, and development of Adon Health. Following an introduction to our company, an interactive workshop and discussion session took place, covering topics such as digital healthcare, marketing, and product innovation. The participants developed exciting perspectives on the future of modern men's health and reflected on the role that technology-driven healthcare concepts will play going forward.

Afterwards, an open question and answer session and an informal exchange took place. Many conversations revolved around the challenges in the German healthcare system, the establishment of a health tech company, and the societal importance of prevention and men's health.

Why this exchange is important to us

A special connection arose from the fact that two of our team members themselves studied at the University of Mannheim. The exchange with talented young leaders from this environment is therefore particularly important to us. Firstly, because we see the perspective of young, analytically minded talents as a crucial impetus for the further development of digital healthcare. Secondly, because modern men's health is an interdisciplinary topic that benefits from new perspectives, critical questions, and entrepreneurial thinking. The dialogue with the next generation reinforces our commitment to developing healthcare solutions that are not only medically sound but also socially effective.

Our thanks go to Lennart Fielhauer and the entire Q-Summit team for their visit, the constructive discussions, and their interest in the work of Adon Health. We look forward to further collaboration and continued dialogue between next-generation talent and the future of digital healthcare.
