With around 150 registrations for the joint event of FEMNA, Adon Health, and Longevity Germany in Munich, it became clear how great the current interest in exchanging ideas about hormone health and longevity is. Under the title "The Hormone Conversation," different perspectives on a topic that affects both women and men equally and is increasingly gaining importance came together.

The evening focused on the impact of hormonal health on daily life, energy, performance, sleep, well-being, and the question of what can help maintain hormonal balance long-term. It became clear that hormone health extends far beyond individual symptoms and plays an important role in prevention, quality of life, and long-term health.
The change of perspective that characterized the event was particularly valuable: Dr. med. Leoni Matt from FEMNA provided insights from women's health, and our co-founder Dr. Jonathan Apasu offered the perspective from men's health. This combination, in particular, made the evening special. Two viewpoints met on a common topic and showed how important a differentiated, holistic view of hormonal health is.

The event was primarily characterized by the quality of the conversations and the openness of the exchange. It was not just about professional impulses but also about concrete questions from everyday life and the growing need for well-founded classification, orientation, and interdisciplinary dialogue. The discussions showed how great the demand is for formats that make knowledge accessible and simultaneously create space for personal perspectives.
The feedback also speaks for itself: only about two-thirds of the registrations could be accommodated. The high demand once again underscored how relevant the topic currently is and how great the interest in personal exchange regarding hormone health and longevity is. Therefore, a larger venue with more capacity is already planned for upcoming events to create even more space for these conversations in the future.
