Movement, exchange and education on the Isar
On May 1st, the day finally arrived: Together with our partners from Team NVRSTP, we at Adon Health organized a very special men's health run in Munich . In perfect weather (17 degrees and sunshine) , motivated men gathered to send a strong message about men's physical and mental health.
Two running groups, one goal: promoting health
Whether 5 kilometers or 10 kilometers, for both groups the focus wasn't on performance, but on the shared experience. Jogging along the Isar River offered the ideal opportunity to get both body and mind moving. After all, running is one of the most effective sports for improving physical fitness, strengthening the cardiovascular system, and reducing the risk of common diseases.
Discussion at the ALRIGHTY Café: Men's health in focus
After the run, all participants met at the ALRIGHTY Café in Munich's Werksviertel district . Over coffee and water, they had an open and inspiring exchange about key topics in men's health.
In a safe and supportive environment , personal stories were shared, ranging from individual challenges to successes achieved through lifestyle changes. At the same time, participants received insightful information on medical topics such as testosterone deficiency , preventative checkups , mental health, and prevention. This blend of experience and science made the day particularly valuable for many attendees.
Men's health needs visibility and movement
Our goal was clear: to make men's health visible and to bring it into the conversation, beyond taboos. The men's health run showed how great the need for exchange and exercise is. And how easy it can be to do something for your own health: together, openly and without pressure .
We're looking forward to the next event!
This day was a complete success, thanks to the fantastic community and our strong partner team NVRSTP . We're already looking forward to the next joint event focused on movement, health, and exchange!
