Men's hormone health was given a stage at the Life Summit in Berlin, and that was particularly valuable in many ways. Because in addition to the visibility at the event itself, one thing was especially palpable: the topic moves many men when the right space is created for it.
Numerous personal conversations arose around the summit. Men approached us with their own experiences, with specific questions about their values, or simply with a desire for exchange. Feedback on the Men's Health Podcast also showed how strong the interest in well-founded and accessible education in this area has become. Such encounters make it clear that men's health is no longer a niche topic: it primarily needs more visibility, more classification, and more places where it can be discussed openly.
The topic of hormone health, in particular, is associated with uncertainty, partial knowledge, or a lack of orientation for many men. This makes formats that make medical content accessibly understandable while simultaneously lowering the inhibition threshold to address one's own health all the more important. Events like the Life Summit create an important framework for this: they bring together people, perspectives, and experiences and make it clear how great the need for exchange truly is.
For us at Adon Health, our presence at the Life Summit was therefore particularly significant. It shows that men's hormone health is increasingly finding its place in a broader health discussion. At the same time, it confirms our aspiration to make access to this topic low-threshold and practical, through digital offerings, medically sound content, and formats like the Men's Health Podcast, in which various aspects of men's health are discussed with leading experts.
In addition to the conversations and encounters on-site, there was also a concrete look at new developments in care: a new method of blood collection was tested directly at the event – painless, uncomplicated from the shoulder, and even faster than before. This new option will also be available to Adon customers in the coming weeks and is another example of how access to healthcare can be made simpler and more user-friendly.
It was also particularly nice to meet up again with colleagues, friends, and familiar faces from our extended network, including podcast guests and partners from the health sector. Precisely this mixture of professional exchange, personal encounters, and new impulses made the Life Summit a relevant event for the topic of men's health.
The day in Berlin once again made it very clear: the interest in men's hormone health is there. The crucial thing is to give the topic the right stage – in public, at events, and in formats that inform, classify, and enable exchange.
