Cholesterol (total cholesterol) - optional add-on:Total cholesterol includes all types of cholesterol in the blood. A persistently elevated level can increase the risk of arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. Total cholesterol is always assessed in conjunction with LDL, HDL, and triglyceride levels.
